The Ultimate Iced Latte for a Mediterranean Summer Feel
What you'll need:
- Handheld electric frother
Ingredients:
- 2 espresso shots (try our Indonesia, Sumatra)
- 2-5 large ice cubes
- Sweetener of choice or flavored syrup (optional)
- Cold milk of choice
Instructions:
- Freshly brew a double shot of espresso or about 50ml in a moka pot
- Pour in the sugar or syrup and mix using the handheld frother to introduce some air
- Add an ice cubes to cool quickly down the mixture
- Add the coffee mixture into a glass half full of ice
- In a separate cup, use the frother to mix the cold milk until a foam forms at the top
- Tap the cup to settle the foam and remove any air bubbles
- Slowly pour the milk over the espresso ice mixture and enjoy!
