The Ultimate Iced Latte for a Mediterranean Summer Feel
 
What you'll need:

  • Handheld electric frother

Ingredients:

  • 2 espresso shots (try our Indonesia, Sumatra)
  • 2-5 large ice cubes
  • Sweetener of choice or flavored syrup (optional)
  • Cold milk of choice

 
Instructions:

  • Freshly brew a double shot of espresso or about 50ml in a moka pot
  • Pour in the sugar or syrup and mix using the handheld frother to introduce some air
  • Add an ice cubes to cool quickly down the mixture
  • Add the coffee mixture into a glass half full of ice
  • In a separate cup, use the frother to mix the cold milk until a foam forms at the top
  • Tap the cup to settle the foam and remove any air bubbles
  • Slowly pour the milk over the espresso ice mixture and enjoy!
